Organizational and procedural preparations
The Preparatory Committee should consider procedural and organizational matters including the draft provisional rules of procedure and agenda for the Conference.
Substantive preparations
The Preparatory Committee is expected to consider the substantive preparations for the Conference, especially on the basis of the national reports and reports of the regional review meetings.
The Preparatory Committee will have before it the following documentation:
- Report of the regional review meeting for Africa and Haiti;
- Report of the regional review meeting for Asia-Pacific and Yemen (forthcoming – the regional review is being scheduled;
