As part of the Library’s Insight Series, colleagues from DESA will present and discuss key findings of the UN’s latest flagship economic report. Pointing out persistently high interest rates, further escalation of conflicts, sluggish international trade, and increasing climate disasters, the report presents a sombre economic outlook for the near term.
