Try a multi-pronged method that includes a balanced and personal approach to each of the following basic components to a healthy lifestyle:

Finally, with a new working schedule and lifestyle, think about learning a new skill, attending an online class offered in your organization, practicing midday wellness breaks, etc. Talk with friends and colleagues to brainstorm and get ideas—be creative!
