Conference Room Reservation
Dear colleagues, reservations for the use of the Conference Room are currently being suspended until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
The Civil Society Unit provides an opportunity for civil society organizations associated with the Department of Global Communications to use the Conference room at the Civil Society Resource Centre and facilities for official business related to their work with the United Nations.
Maximum Capacity: 30 people
Facilities: Computer with a wide screen, webcam, conference call equipment
Availability:
Monday: 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Tuesday: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Wednesday: 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Friday: 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Reservation: Please submit your reservation request at least 48 hours in advance, indicating the purpose and members of the meeting.
